Emily Thomas
 earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology from Virginia Tech and her Master of Arts in Education and Human Development in Higher Education Administration from The George Washington University. Prior to joining The Citadel, she worked at The George Washington University for several years, serving as an Admissions Counselor for the Graduate School of Education and the Assistant Director of Admissions for the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, M.D. program.

Senior Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for The School of Humanities & Social Sciences

Molly McLean 
earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University and her Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Miami University of Ohio.  Before joining The Citadel Graduate College team, she worked at The College of Charleston for eight years as an Academic Advisor and Student Services Coordinator.

Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for The School of Science & Mathematics and the Department of Leadership

Caroline Schlatt earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Marshall University. Before joining The Citadel, she worked as a Regional Statewide Campus Director at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. For almost 11 years, she coordinated the West Virginia Ovarian Cancer Initiative through a partnership with Marshall University and the West Virginia Comprehensive Cancer Program.

Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for The School of Engineering and Zucker Family School of Education 

Carl Hill earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and English and a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Personnel Services from The University of Mississippi. Prior to joining the CGC team, Carl worked as the Project Coordinator with The University of Mississippi's Center for Intelligence & Security Studies, an Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence, and as an Admission Specialist in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Kayla Lassiter earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Master of Arts in Leadership from Lenoir-Rhyne University.  Before joining The Citadel Graduate College team, she worked at Lenoir-Rhyne University for several years as the Coordinator of Events and Campus Visits.

Cicely McCray earned her Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Alabama A&M University and her Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from The Ohio State University. Before joining The Citadel Graduate College team, she worked at the College of Charleston for several years as Director of Recruitment, Marketing, and Communications for the Graduate School. Cicely has a passion for working with graduate students and helping them master their future.

zachary jordan1

Graduate Assistant

Zachary Jordan earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of South Carolina. Before earning a Bachelor of Arts, he served as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in History here at the Citadel and hopes to attend seminary following completion of his Master of Arts. Zach is also the recipient of a Tommy Baker Veteran Fellowship.

Oadiah Gassett 
earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in multi-media reporting and a minor in African American Studies from Georgia State University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Sports Management here at The Citadel.
